RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We understand there is nothing more frustrating than ordering online only to find the item is the wrong size/ style. That's why we are available between 10-5 pm Monday to Saturday to help you select the right item first time. You can call us on 1300 249 849 for the cost of a local call. [ If we are serving customers when you call we may have to phone you back so we can give you our complete attention. If ths occurs we will call you as soon as we are available.]
We accept returns 14 days from receipt of delivery for exchange or credit only. Refunds are only provided if an item has a manufacturer's fault. [Please note: The warranty on Merino Kids sleeping bags is six months.]
The cost of shipping is NOT included in the value of the credit/ exchange. In addition, the cost of shipping back the item for exchange, as well as the cost of returning the item selected in exchange is the responsibility of the customer.
A returns/ exchange form is included with all orders. But you are also welcome to call us on: 1300 249 849 to discuss your return.
Please note: No returns accepted on items marked as 'final sale' items, except in the case of manufacturer's fault.
Items not in stock: As we have a bricks and mortar store as well as this onlline store, there may be occasions where an item has sold out in-store and we haven't had an opportunity to update the website before you place your order. If this occurs you will be offered a refund, exchange or to put your order on back-order.
