SHIPPING COSTS (ORDERS UNDER $100)

We offer the following shipping options:

Fastway Couriers: $3.90-$7.65. We use Fastway Couiers who offer next day delivery to most metropolitan areas of Australia. As we are a Melbourne-based company shipping costs are cheaper in the Melbourne-metro area ($3.90). The rate for the rest of Australia is $7.65. These costs are the fees that Fastway charge us (although we have absorbed the GST cost).

Pick up from Babies and Kids Yarraville store: During business hours you can pick up your order at our shop, which is located at: 81 Gamon Street, Yarraville VIC 3013. Please call us first (1300 853 096) as some items are stored at our warehouse and may not available until the next day.

International shipping: We welcome shoppers from areas outside of Australia. We have set a flat rate of $15 for New Zealand and $20 for the rest of the world. In some cases the actual shipping cost will exceed these fees — for example, if you have purchased bulky or heavy items. If the actual cost of shipping exceeds our international flat rates we will contact you with a quote to ship the goods and will give you the option of continuing with the order and paying the additional shipping costs or cancelling the order.

LARGE OR HEAVY ITEMS: Due to the high cost of sending bulky or heavy items that need to be mailed in a box the above shipping fees and free shipping for orders over $100 do not apply. We will contact you with an approximate cost to mail or courier your package to you. If you qualify for free shipping we will charge you the difference between our standard courier fee $7.65) and the actual cost.

For extra security we recommend you opt for registered post as we are not responsible for items lost in transit. If you need your goods ASAP please contact us so we can arrange for your goods to be couriered to you. We will advise you of the cost of the courier before dispatching your goods.
